Vista Hills is one of west-end Waterloo’s newest developments, located immediately north of Erb St. and east of Wilmot line. New construction is just underway in the southern reaches with completed homes north of Columbia.

The area features a good mix of higher end townhouses and detached homes. Some of these back onto the large protected natural area which is especially nice. Homes in Vista Hills are very new with much of the area less than 5 years old.

The local schools rank exceptionally high on EQAO and Fraser scores. Local attractions include the natural area and walking trails, Laurel Creek, the Stork Family YMCA, The Boardwalk and Westhill Meadows Golf Course. The Farmers Market and the new Costco are nearby too. And UW is reasonably close, if you have students, just down the road on Columbia.
