Check out the neighbourhoods of Waterloo here! The city sure isn’t country any more! When I was growing up Waterloo was tiny, but along with Kitchener, the twin cities is the 4th biggest metropolis in the province. Waterloo’s population is now 131,100 and the city is one of Canada’s biggest tech innovators, famous world wide KW Record. Waterloo is historically the most expensive of the tri-cities although that gap has narrowed somewhat in comparison to earlier years, perhaps due to buyers from Toronto and commuters willing to make the long drive.
