The Maple Hills neighbourhood is a small suburb on the corner of Erb St. and Fischer Hallman, just to the west of Westmount Golf Course. There’s decent public transit with the LRT one neighbourhood away. Maple Hills’ somewhat central location provides good expressway access via Ira Needles, Fischer Hallman or Erb St.

While there are a scattering of homes from the 1940s, the bulk of development is from the late 60s into the 1980s. Single detached homes are the predominant housing type but the strip along Erb St. has apartments, condos, a retirement home and various commercial establishments. Homes in Maple Hills span a wide range with respect to square footage, property size and price.

There are plenty of nearby grocery stores and the local schools are very close. Golf is right next door. Laurel Creek and the Hydrocut are also excellent recreational choices. The Uptown and the Boardwalk offer up a good selection of entertainment, dining and shopping choices.
