Electrical service is copper with 100 amp breaker panels being the most common. Some of the larger homes have 200 amp panels as do homes with electric chargers. Plumbing supply can be either copper in the earlier builds or PEX as the homes become newer in age. In all cases, waste sewer lines are ABS.
