Built between the 1980s and early 2000s, homes in Beechwood West are built to an older but still contemporary building standard. Interior walls and ceilings are always drywall. Some of the larger homes, and newly renovated ones too, may have 200 amp service instead. Water supply is typically copper in these vintages with ABS being the default for plumbing waste lines. The newest homes here, and renovated ones, may use PEX instead of copper for water supply.
