Clair Hills is located just north of Erb St. and west of Erbsville Rd. This great neighbourhood is a mix of single family housing styles. It’s primarily single detached homes with some townhouses in the south end. Properties are early 21st century for the most part.
The area features some of the best schools in the region. You’ve got numerous choices for groceries, and The Boardwalk with all it has to offer, is a stone’s throw away. Dining, shopping, entertainment, golf and Laurel Creek are all easily accessible from Clair Hills.
Prices for this neighbourhood are somewhat more attractive than areas further north making Clair Hills a great area for people new to the market. Quick access to Ira Needles Blvd. and Erb St. make getting around relatively easy for commuters and people using public transit.
