Lincoln Village is a small mature Waterloo neighbourhood just east of the expressway between University and Lexington. Instant expressway access makes this suburb perfect for commuting. The 401 is 15 minutes away. There’s great public transit on the main roads that will connect you quickly to the LRT.

Homes here mostly date from the 1970s and ’80s with typically spacious lots, especially compared to modern suburbia. Lincoln Village is almost entirely residential with the vast majority of homes being single detached, with a limited amount of towns in the peripheral areas. Trees and greenery here are fully grown in and this area certainly is beautiful.

Grocery shopping in this part of Waterloo is easy with lots to choose from. There’s lots of natural beauty in the area with Bechtel and Kiwanis Parks, and the fantastic RIM Park facility is just up the road to the north. There are plenty of schools in and around the suburb too.
