Doon is a small, scenic neighbourhood in south Kitchener, sandwiched between Homer Watson Boulevard and the Grand River. The original village of Doon, dating back 200 years, was situated here and absorbed by Kitchener decades ago. Almost nothing of the original remains. More recent development occurred in several stages throughout the years, creating a neighbourhood that blends nature with a fairly wide range of property types and ages.

Despite this quiet atmosphere, Doon sits right at Kitchener’s southern border. With Highway 401 and Conestoga College marking its southern edge, it offers one of the fastest and easiest commutes in the entire region.
