Eastbridge is one of Waterloo’s most desirable east end suburban neighbourhoods. Access from the expressway is quick and easy via Northfield, University or Bridge. There’s good public transit including the LRT stop at nearby Conestoga Mall.

The neighbourhood offers housing for all income levels, from towns to higher end. Most of the housing stock dates from the 1990s or newer. Single detached homes feature prominently, and little of the area is commercial with the exception of the technology park where Blackberry’s corporate headquarters is. Lot sizes are typical for the era due to modern planning regulations, however the area’s more majestic residences sit on lots that are spacious.

Local schools are impressive with high EQAO and Fraser rankings. Eastbridge is surrounded by nature, walking trails and green-space. RIM Park, Conestoga Mall, the Farmers Market, Grey Silo Golf Course, Kiwanis Park and the Grand River are all nearby.
