Westvale is a south west Waterloo suburb just across the street from The Boardwalk. There’s good public transit and quick access to the expressway via Ira Needles. The main thoroughfares get you into other parts of KW easily enough.

This neighbourhood features homes dating back into the early 1990s years at the oldest. A fair bit of the suburb is considerably newer and sections by Glasgow are almost brand new. Housing styles are mostly single detached with some townhouse developments as well. The older stuff is typically backsplits and bungalows while the newer homes are mostly two storey.

The area features 5 small parks, lots of walking trails and good local schools. If you’re looking for great shopping you can’t get much closer to the new Boardwalk and the Costco up the road on Erb.
